Refund Policy

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please cancel it within an hour of placing the order.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, we will not be able to refund your order.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery:

1. Please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

2. Please take a picture of the damaged product and email it to smile.agarwal4@gmail.com

3. Also, please call us at 9173563232 mentioning your Order ID.

Refund not applicable if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Letsparty store ,6A, Ghorpadi bazaar , opp mahavir provisions, 411001 Pune MH, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
